Hi my name is Blake. I have been in the food industry for over 35 years. This time in the industry has allowed me to develop excellent customer service and food preparation skills.

I am West Indian, but I was raised in the US Virgin Islands. I have lived in Florida for over 20 years. My diverse ethnic background is where the palate for Blake's Grill was developed! Blake's Grill offers and Island Cuisine with a Southern flare. Good food and good company are a great combination, because food brings people together.
